About the Workshops:

Each month is a unique topic designed to help you explore your current way of thinking, identify some things that might be holding you back and help you set a plan to move forward more peacefully and positively. Each workshop includes:

  • A Personal Workbook filled with education, exploration and immersive mindfulness exercises to do at your own pace over the course of the month.

  • A Small-Group Discussion with like-minded folks to share what you've learned, explore new ways being mindful and how to package it all up into clear actionable next steps. You will choose ONE small group discussion (virtual or live) to join.
