What are you grateful for?

It's kind of a gray day in my small town. But gray and blah is far from what I'm feeling inside.

Why? Because I choose, instead, to focus on all that I'm grateful for. When I can reframe my thinking, it changes my whole mood. Take a moment to think about it - when your thoughts are of loss and regret, what's your emotional state? Conversely, when you're focused on something you're grateful for, happy about, energized by, what are you feeling?

So don't let a gray day, or a bad experience or regret get you down! Explore a few things you're grateful for and shift your whole mood from "meh" to "marvelous!" Here are some things I'm grateful for today:

  • Pumpkin spice coffee

  • Crisp air

  • My husband’s smile

  • Inspiring clients

  • PopTarts

  • unwavering optimism

  • Time to reconnect with friends

  • Fuzzy clogs

  • Boundless opportunity

  • My coach
